乳铁蛋白肽的研究进展

摘要:

乳铁蛋白肽(Lactoferricin,Lfcin)是动物乳汁中产生的乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin,Lf)被酸性胃蛋白酶降解N端产生的含几十个氨基酸的小肽,它具有抗菌、抗病毒、调节免疫、抗癌等多种生物活性。因此,乳铁蛋白肽受到了广泛关注,已经成为研究与开发的热点。本文综述了乳铁蛋白肽的结构、生物学功能、国内外利用转基因生产乳铁蛋白肽的研究动态及其应用前景,探讨了利用转基因生产乳铁蛋白肽的技术问题。

Abstract:

Lactoferricin is a kind of small peptide which derives from lactoferrin when it is digested by pepsin in gastrointestinal tract.It contains dozens of amino acid residues and has various sheltered biological functions to human and animal,such as bacterial killing,fungal resisting,viral inhibition,cancer resisting,and so on.So Lactoferricin has become the focus of research.This review discusses structure,bio-functions and progress of study on lactoferricin at home and abroad.
