本试验旨在通过康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)评价新疆几种反刍动物常用粗饲料营养价值。应用CNCPS中碳水化合物和含氮化合物的分类方法,测定从新疆采集的几种常用粗饲料营养成分,计算其碳水化合物和蛋白质组分,并进行分类分析。结果表明:从结构碳水化合物的可利用性方面比较,全株玉米青贮>苜蓿>玉米秸秆>棉籽壳。从非结构碳水化合物的含量比较,苜蓿>全株玉米青贮>玉米秸秆>棉籽壳。从真蛋白质含量及其可利用性方面比较,苜蓿质量>全株玉米青贮>玉米秸秆>棉籽壳。
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the nutritional value of several common roughages for ruminants in Xinjiang by Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system( CNCPS). Using the classification method of carbohydrates and nitrogen compounds in CNCPS, the nutrients of several common forages collected from Xinjiang were determined, and the carbohydrates and protein components were calculated and classified. The results showed that from the perspective of the availability of structural carbohydrates, the whole corn silage>alfalfa >corn straw > cottonseed hull. From the content comparison of non-structural carbohydrates, alfalfa >whole corn silage>corn straw>cottonseed hull. In terms of true protein content and availability, alfalfa quality>whole corn silage>corn stalk>cottonseed hull.
