本文研究了不同添加水平的溢多利反刍酶、夏盛反刍酶和泰力酶对土种牛的育肥效果,结果表明:对照组的日增重和Ⅰ组、Ⅵ组差异显著(P<0.05),和Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅷ组差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅲ组的日增重和Ⅰ组差异显著(P<0.05),和对照组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅷ组、Ⅸ组差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅴ组和Ⅷ组的日增重均和对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅸ组差异极显著(P<0.01),其中,泰力酶的育肥效果最好,溢多利反刍酶和夏盛反刍酶育肥效果差别不明显。不同酶制剂中分别以Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅷ组即0.08%溢多利反刍酶组、0.15%夏盛反刍酶组、0.15%泰力酶组的育肥效果最好,日增重分别比对照组提高16.34%、25.74%、27.23%,日均收入分别比对照组提高56.82%、91.67%、97.73%,屠宰率分别比对照组提高2.54%、2.58%、3.58%,pH值差别不大,说明试验所用的酶制剂均对土种牛的生长发育具有一定的促进作用,经济效益明显。
