通过对不同年龄的波尔山羊种公羊在不同季节中的采精量和精子活力等精液质量指标的分析研究表明 ,年龄和季节变化对波尔山羊种公羊精液质量的影响达到极显著水平 (p <0 .0 1) ,其年龄和季节的交互作用对种公羊精液质量不存在显著影响 ;季节因素对不同年龄种公羊精液质量的影响程度是一致的 ,其季节间采精量的从多到少的顺次为秋季、夏季、冬季和春季 ,且季节间差异大多极显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,精子活力从优到劣的顺次为夏季、冬季、春季和秋季 ,但季节间差异大多不明显

The volume and the sperm motility and other quality traits were measured for Bore Goat Ram at different age and different seasons.The analyses result indicated that the age and seasons were significantly affect the semen quality of Bore goat ram(P<0.01).The interaction between the age and season was not significant affect the semen quality of Stud Ram.The seasons had the same affect to the semen quality of Stud Ram at different age.The semen collection volume was decreased in rank of autumn,summer,winter and spring,and the most of difference between the seasons were significant(P<0.01).The sperm motility from excellent to the poor following the season was summer,winter,spring and autumn,but no significant difference.
