新疆阿勒泰地区畜产品销售渠道研究

摘要:

随着这几年新疆阿勒泰地区现代畜牧业的快速发展,从边远牧区天然草原放牧后的牲畜每年秋季下山后集中流入市场,以致于出现了"供大于求"及市场占有率低的局面,加之渠道开拓线路窄、牧区偏远等因素的制约,这在一定程度上影响了当地农牧民增收致富。虽然各级党委政府通过多种鼓励性政策支持畜牧企业壮大发展,但是多数畜牧企业的经营活动主要还是集中于解决生产领域的问题上,不能有效解决畜牧业产品面临的养殖、屠宰、加工、销售一体化的困境,农牧民养殖好的畜产品在市场销售领域处于被动地位。通过采取数据分析、入户走访、调研企业的方式,综合分析了当前阿勒泰地区畜产品销售现状、存在的问题及对策建议,提出构建产业链条、加强货源组织、推进品牌创建、搭建销售平台等对策。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of modern animal husbandry in Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang over the past few years, the livestock grazing on natural grassland of remote pastoral areas flows into the markets after going down the mountain in autumn every year, resulting in the situation of "supply exceeding demand" and low market share, in addition to the constrains of narrow marketing channels, remote pastoral areas and other factors, the incomes of local famers and herdsmen have been affected to a certain extent. According to the comprehensive analysis, the sales of livestock and their products was second only to livestock production.Although the party committees and governments at all levels supported the development of livestock enterprises through various encouraging policies, most of the enterprises mainly focused on solving the problems concerning livestock production, unable to effectively address the dilemma of the integration of farming, slaughtering, processing and marketing, hence the livestock products were in a passive position in the field of market sales. In conclusion, the current sales situation of livestock products in Altay and existing problems were comprehensively analyzed through the methods of data analysis, household interviews and survey of enterprises. And related countermeasures were proposed, such as building an industrial chain,strengthening the organization of good sources, promoting the creation of brands, as well as building a sales platform.
