新疆是一个少数民族聚居的地方,羊肉是城乡居民最主要的肉类消费品。羊肉市场的供需平衡不仅对居民生活水平而且对新疆长期稳定也都起着重要的作用和影响。本文主要通过研究2016年新疆羊肉市场的变化趋势,对羊肉价格的成因进行分析,为新时期羊肉市场调控提出有效建议。对于保障羊肉市场供应和价格稳定,保障居民正常的消费和生活有重要意义。
Abstract：Xinjiang is an important animal husbandry region with many kinds of meat products. The supply and consumption promotes and interact with each other. The balanced demand and supply of meat, especially mutton, plays not only an important role for people's living standards and stability in the region.This paper reviews the changes and trend of mutton price in the market to analyze the causes of price fluctuation and offer effective suggestions for government authorities on how to intervene the mutton market. The paper is of great significance for ensuring mutton market supply and price stability, which are vital to the consumption and lives of residents.
