绿汁发酵液添加对紫花苜蓿和苏丹草青贮发酵品质的影响

摘要:

利用秋收苜蓿和苏丹草原料草,探讨绿汁发酵液添加对青贮料发酵品质的影响。结果发见,绿汁发酵液的添加明显改善了苜蓿和苏丹草青贮的发酵品质,提高乳酸含量,降低了氨态氮浓度和占全氮的比例,但对青贮的其它化学成分无显著影响。

Abstract:

Using autumn harvested Alfalfa and Sudan grass as ensiled materials to explore addition of previously fermented juice(PFJ) on fermentation quality of silages.Results,addition of PFJ significantly improved the fermentation quality of alfalfa and Sudan grass silages,increased the lactic acid content, reduced ammonia nitrogen concentration and the proportion of ammonia nitrogen at total nitrogen in both silages,but no significant effects on chemical components.
