在澳大利亚动物实验室,7种谷物被用于绵羊体内外干物质消化率测定。结果表明,3种豆类籽实绵羊体内干物质消化率显著高于小麦、大麦和2种燕麦(P<0.01),而小麦、大麦又显著高于燕麦(P<0.01);但小麦、大麦之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。优质牧草与干杂草在绵羊体内干物质消化率之间存在着差异,前者显著高于后者(P<0.01)。对7种谷物绵羊体内外干物质消化率进行相关回归分析,其相关(回归)关系和相关(回归)系数极显著(P<O.01),回归方程为Y=0.875X+5.553,R2=0.9258,RSD=2.74。通过该回归方程,结合动物实验室实测值,得出绵羊体内干物质消化率校正系数,为今后利用NIR测定分析数值间接估测谷物在绵羊体内干物质消化率奠定基础,同时充实完善NIR分析标准,以进一步提高分析的精度和准确性。
