【目的】引进优质紫花苜蓿品种巨能进行种植试验,研究该品种在新疆昭苏高原盆地的产草量及适应性、生长特性,为实施退耕种草提供参考。【方法】通过小区试验,观察该品种返青期、花期、种籽成熟度及抗病力;测定越冬率、鲜干比、茎叶比、自然株高、伸展高、分枝数、根颈直径。利用小区数据,结合8.66 hm2大田种植结果,综合判定退耕旱田地平均苜蓿产量。计算投入与收益,分析种植收益。【结果】现蕾期鲜干比2.8±0.40;茎叶鲜重比0.90±0.21、干重比0.93±0.15;自然株高91.1±7.9(cm),伸展高104.4±13.0(cm);最多分枝数9枝,最少2枝。根颈直径分布在5 mm至9 mm之间占48.5%,5 mm至11 mm之间占65.7%。2015年与2016年头茬苜蓿鲜干比值之间略有差异(2.98,3.03),但差异不显著。年收获干草2茬,头茬鲜草产量21 456 kg·hm-2,平均鲜干比值3.0∶1,二茬鲜草产量24 317 kg·hm-2,平均鲜干比值4.5∶1,年平均收获干草12 485 kg·hm-2。【结论】综合小区与大田数据,在昭苏高原盆地种植巨能(MagnumⅥ)次年开始年收获优质干草10 500~11 250 kg·hm-2有保障;该紫花苜蓿品种可以作为昭苏盆地退耕种草首选牧草品种之一;缺点是种子价格昂贵,生长后期倒伏较严重,头茬刈割时间恰好同昭苏雨季重叠,收获有困难;刈割时间选择在现蕾期或株高75~85 cm之间择机刈割;给予退耕种草户总额11 250元·hm-2的政策性补贴,5年为1个周期,年度补贴参照比例2.5∶1.5∶1∶1∶1.5,不变更土地性质。
Abstract:【Objective】A field study was conducted during 2014 to 2017 to evaluate forage yield of fine alfalfa cultivar Magnum Ⅵ in Zhaosu plateau Basin,and to determine its adapt-ability and growth characteristices.And this study could provide information for the ecological reclamation programs. 【Method】Through field experiment observe regreening period,florescence, and seed aturation degree,disease-resistant;Determination of winter-surviving rate, fresh-dry ratio,stem-leaf ratio,natural plant height,stretched plant height,branches number,crown diameters.Combining with field study for two years,and 8.66 hm2 field test for extended planting aim.And average forage yield was evaluated in non-irrigated land.Calculate inputs and benefits, and analyse the benefits of planting. 【Result】Fresh-dry ratio was 2.8±0.40 in budding stage,stem-leaf ratio of fresh forage was 0.90 ±0.21 in blooming stage,then stem-leaf ratio of dry forage was 0.93 ±0.15. Average natural plant height was 91.1 ±7.9(cm),and its stetched plant height 104.4 ±13.0(cm).The max branch numbers were 9 branches,and the min numbers 2 branches.The distribution of crowm diameters in 5 mm to 9 mm have 48.5%,and in 5 mm to 11 mm have 65.7%. The fresh-dry ratio of the frist cutting forage was slight different(2.98,3.03)between with in 2015 year and 2016 year,but which were no significant difference(P>0.05).This cultivar could be harvested dry forage two times in one year in Zhaosu area.The first cutting fresh forage yield achieved21 456 kg·hm-2,average fresh-dry ratio was 3.0:1.And the second cutting was 24317 kg·hm-2,average freshdry ratio 4.5:1.Average dry forage yield was 12 485 kg·hm-2 all year. 【Conclusion】This cultivar is suitable to be extended planting for the ecological reclamation programs in Zhaosu area,it may be proposed one of the first choosed cultivars. Combining with field study and 8.66 hm2 field test, average 10 500 ~11 250 kg·hm-2 dry grass yield can be achieved within one year.This cultivar shortcoming are expensive for seed.And lodging is serious in grown later stage.Frist cutting grass runs into in rainy season of Zhaosu such that its harvest is more difficult.So better harvesting times may consider in budding stage or 75 ~85 cm plant height. Local government may offer 11 250 yuan·hm-2 per five years for the planter cultivated alfalfa(refer to 2.5:1.5:1:1:1.5 awarded in five years),and no change territory character.
