分别从黑龙江省的哈尔滨市、大庆市、八五三农场、红卫农场和青冈县等地采集反刍动物常用粗饲料5类14种25个样品,进行常规营养成分分析,并应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS),对碳水化合物和蛋白质成分进行了分类分析。结果表明,不同类别的粗饲料各种营养成分具有一定的规律性,通过CNCPS可对反刍动物常用粗饲料进行较细致的评定,能更好地反映饲料的特性,为粗饲料的科学利用提供了基础参数。
Abstract:Total 25 roughage samples in 5 classes and 14 types were collected from such sites of different cities or counties in Heilongjiang province as Harbin,Daqing,853 farm and Hongwei farm of Baoqing County,and farms in Qinggang County.Carried on the conventional nutrition ingredient analysis,and has carried on the classified analysis using Cornell carbohydrate - protein system(CNCPS) to the carbohydrate and the protein ingredient of feeds.The result indicated that,the different category roughage each nutrition ingredient has certain regularity,may to ruminate the animal commonly used roughage through CNCPS to carry on the careful evaluation,can reflect well the feed the characteristic,has provided the foundation parameter for the roughage science use.
