通过多种方法检测磺胺类药物在饲料和畜产品中的残留量,以评估其残留程度及危害。采用高效液相色谱、薄层色谱、免疫色谱和毛细管电泳法,检测饲料和畜产品中磺胺类药物的残留情况。结果显示磺胺类药物在畜产品、饲料中残留普遍,残留量超标。上述方法快速、准确且灵敏度高,为饲料和畜产品中磺胺类药物的残留监测提供了快速、准确的技术手段。为了保障动物用药的安全性和有效性,人摄入动物类食品,临床使用磺胺药时,不可任意加大剂量、增加用药次数或延长疗程,以防蓄积中毒和增加残留量,影响人体健康。
Abstract:In order to evaluate the residual degree and harm of sulfonamides in feed and animal products by detecting sulfonamides residues with various methods. High performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, immunochromatography and capillary electrophoresis were used to detect the residues of sulfonamides in feed and animal products. Sulfonamides residues were common in animal products and feed,and the residues exceeded the standard. The method was rapid, accurate and sensitive, which provided a rapid and accurate technical means for the monitoring of sulfonamides residues in feed and animal products. In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in animals, when people ingest animal food and use sulfonamides clinically, it is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the dosage, increase the frequency of drug use or extend the course of treatment, so as to prevent accumulation of poisoning as well as the increase of the residue, which will affect human health.
