品种、月龄及体重对牛产肉性能影响的研究

摘要:

选择健康无病、发育正常、膘情中等的安格斯×本地黄牛(高代安本7头)、新疆褐牛×本地黄牛(高代新褐本11头)和荷斯坦(奶用公犊7头),从7月龄开始育肥,测定其增重、饲料消耗及其10、12、18月龄的屠宰成绩,结果表明:12月龄安本增重成本最低,日均收入最高达到5.65元,18月龄牛与10月龄和12月龄牛屠宰率存在极显著差异(P<0.01),各月龄间净肉率存在极显著差异(P<0.01),高档肉比率12月龄>10月龄>18月龄,呈现出先上升后下降的生长趋势;各月龄试验牛的屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比随着月龄的增长而升高。

Abstract:

The seventh months of crossbred beef included progeny of Angus(7 heads),Xinjiang Brown(11 heads),Holstein(7 heads),The body gain,feed efficiency of the crossbred beef and slaughter performance were measured and analyzed.The results showed that daily body gain of 12-month old' Angus had better than others,everyday of earning was 5.65 yuan,dressing percentage of 18-month old was significantly better than(P<0.01) 10,and 12 month-old,the meat percentage were significantly(P<0.01) among of beef cattles,high-end meat percentage of 12-month old was better than others.With age increasing,the dressing percentage,meat percentage and meat-bone ratio of groups increased
