应用组织学方法对小尾寒羊卵巢的形态结构进行了显微观察。结果显示,小尾寒羊卵巢表面被覆单层立方至单层扁平的生殖上皮,无排卵窝,上皮下为致密的结缔组织白膜,卵巢实质由外周的皮质和中央的髓质构成。皮质中原始卵泡和初级卵泡数量较多,主要分布于皮质层的浅层,次级卵泡和三级卵泡分布于皮质层的深层,而且这两类卵泡易发生闭锁,闭锁的形式主要为塌陷式和皱缩式。黄体主要以粒性细胞占优势。卵巢髓质中除含大量血管外,还见卵巢网分布。

Histologic structure of the ovary in Tail Han Yang was observed with light and transm ission electron microscope.The results showed that the ovary was covered with sample cuboidal or squamous germinal epithelium which was not primordial and tunica albuginea of dense connective tissue.The ovary parenchyma was constituted with peripheric cortex and center medulla.The primordial follicle and primordial follicle are much more in cortex and they chief distributed superficial layer of lamina corticalis.The secondary follicle and secondary follicle were distributed deep lamella of lamina corticalis and the two species were easy to take place atresia which patterns were mainly tumbling and crimple.Granulosa lutein cells were dominated in the corpus luteum.Vestigial retia ovarii were located in the medulla,which were irregular channels lined by acuboidal epithelium.
