为了解新疆库车县绵羊的泰勒虫感染情况,采用姬姆萨染色镜检法对库车县11个乡镇共474份绵羊血液样品进行调查。结果发现泰勒虫总阳性率为53.2%(252/474),其中,墩阔坦镇、鸟尊镇和阿克吾斯塘乡绵羊阳性率率均高达60%以上。调查结果表明,库车县绵羊的泰勒虫感染较为普遍。
Abstract：To understand the prevalence of Theileria spp.infection in sheep in Kuqa,the paper studied a total of 474 blood specimens collected from sheep in 11 towns in Kuqa by means of giemsa staining technique and microscopy.The positive rate for Theileria spp.was 53.2%(252/474).The positive rate in sheep in Dunkuotan town,Wuzun town and Akewusitang town were more than 60%.These findings indicated that the prevalence of Theileria spp.in sheep in Kuqa was high.
