新疆昌吉地区某奶牛场临床型乳房炎防治

摘要:

奶牛乳房炎作为一种多因素疾病,除了易感牛、病原微生物与环境三者间相互影响外,其复杂性还表现在致病菌的多样性,从而给防治工作带来极大困难。本文对新疆昌吉地区某奶牛场乳房炎发病情况进行分析,进行了病原分离鉴定,实施针对性治疗用药,并进行临床应用,确定分级治疗方案。治疗结果表明,病原分离、针对性选择用药、中西兽医结合治疗等方法的联合应用,对于奶牛临床型乳房炎具有明显效果。在日常兽医临诊实践中临床型乳房炎治疗可以结合症状进行简易诊断,大致确定病原菌,选用喹诺酮类、大环内酯类等敏感抗生素进行防治,也可达到较好的防治效果。

Abstract:

Bovine Mastitis is a multifactorial disease,in addition to susceptible cattle,pathogenic micro-organisms and the environment of mutual influence among the three,and its complexity is also reflected in the diversity of pathogens and thus to control the work of great difficulty.In this paper,a dairy region Changji mastitis incidence analysis,Isolation and Identification of a pathogen,the implementation of targeted drug therapy,and clinical applications,determine the classification treatment.Treatment results show that the pathogen separation,targeted drug selection,combining Chinese and Western veterinary treatment methods in combination,for cows with clinical mastitis tangible results.Clinical veterinary medicine in the day-to-day practice of clinical mastitis in the treatment of the symptoms can be combined with simple diagnosis,to identify pathogens in general and use of quinolones,macrolides and other antibiotics to prevent and treat sensitive,but also can achieve better control.
