我国肉羊产业可持续发展的关键在于优良品种的培育和推广应用,也是我国由养羊大国向养羊强国转变的重要任务。我国肉羊良种覆盖率已达40%左右,但与发达国家相比仍有差距。优质肉羊品种资源缺乏及良种化程度低是目前制约我国肉羊产业发展的重要因素。针对国内肉羊产业发展的良种需求,本文在查阅相关文献的基础上,重点介绍了特克塞尔羊、陶赛特羊、夏洛来羊、澳洲白羊、杜泊羊、萨福克羊等肉羊品种,对引进肉羊品种资源的现状进行了分析,并就肉羊资源开发利用上存在的问题提出了建立健全相关法律法规、完善肉羊良种选育选种标准、加强良种繁育体系建设和加大肉羊良种培育的资金投入等建议,以期为肉羊产业发展提供有益参考。
Abstract:The breeding and application of elite breeds were the keys for sustainable development of Chinese mutton sheep industry, also were the important tasks for China to transform from a 闭 big sheep raising country to a power sheep raising country. The coverage rate of improved mutton sheep breed has reached about 40% in China, but a big gap compared with the level of developed countries still existed. The lack of high-quality mutton sheep breed resources and the low degree of improved breeding are important factors restricting the development of mutton sheep industry in China. In view of the demand for domestic mutton sheep industry development, on the basis of literature review, we mainly introduced Texel, Dorset, Charolais, Australian White, Dorper and Suffolk mutton sheep varieties. We analyzed the status quo of mutton sheep breeds resources, proposed the existing problems in the development and utilization of mutton sheep resources, and suggested for establishing and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, improving the breeding and selection standards of mutton sheep, strengthening the construction of improved seed breeding system, and increasing the capital investment in cultivation of improved breeds of mutton sheep. These provided useful reference for the development of mutton sheep industry.
