【现状】饲草资源是畜牧业生产的基础生产资料。随着哈密市伊州区畜牧业的快速发展，饲草供给不足，饲草资源短缺成了制约哈密市伊州区畜牧业发展的主要影响因素。【问题】近年来，伊州区非常重视饲草产业的发展，但仍存在饲草资源不足、优质饲草缺乏、饲草结构较为单一、饲草产业化程度低等问题。【对策】依据哈密市伊州区饲草产业现状、针对饲草产业发展中存在问题，提出政策扶持等5个方面饲草产业发展建议。【结论】以期为提升哈密市伊州区饲草料供给能力、提高饲草料的利用效率，促进畜牧业的健康发展提供有益参考。

【CurrentSituation】Forage grass is the basic production means of herbivorous animal husbandry. With the rapid development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang, the demand for forage resources continues to increase, and forage prices in various regions increase to varying degrees, which leads to the increase of breeding cost, producing an adverse impact on the healthy development of animal husbandry. Animal husbandry is one of the leading industries in the agricultural industry of Hami, which is characterized by agriculture as the main industry and the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry. Yizhou district has the largest animal husbandry area in the agricultural area of Hami.【Problems】In recent years, the forage industry in Yizhou district has developed rapidly, but there are still problems such as insufficient forage resources, lack of high-quality forage, simple forage structure, and low industrialization degree of forage.【Countermeasures】Insufficient forage supply has gradually become one of the key factors restricting the development of animal husbandry in Yizhou district, Hami city.【Conclusion】Based on summarizing the current situation of the forage industry in Yizhou district and analyzing the existing problems in the development of the industry,some suggestions on the development of the forage industry in five aspects such as policy support, were put forward, hoping to provide useful references for improving the forage supply capacity and utilization efficiency in Yizhou district and to promote the healthy development of animal husbandry.
