高秋眠级紫花苜蓿WL656HQ在新疆阿拉尔地区的引种试验

摘要:

为评价高秋眠级紫花苜蓿品种WL656HQ在新疆阿拉尔地区的适应性和生产性能,采用小区实验,对该苜蓿品种的农艺性状,生产性能,CP,ADF,NDF,Ash,ADL和IVDMD等指标进行测定,对其营养品质进行RFV评价。结果表明:WL656HQ可以在新疆阿拉尔地区刈割5茬,首次初花期刈割到下次初花期刈割时间间隔在28~30 d;第二年鲜草产量达到了149.64×103kg/hm2,第四年产量下降显著仅有116.21×103kg/hm2,同比下降22.3%;第二年干草产量达到了30.35×103kg/hm2,第四年产量下降显著仅有25.38×103kg/hm2,同比下降16.4%;每年第一茬产量最高,第一茬占全年产草量的27.18%,第四年为23.01%。株高随刈割次数增加而降低。WL656HQ苜蓿营养成分第二年与第四年相比均有明显变化,CP含量17~19%,ADF含量21~31%,NDF含量27~44%,体外干物质消化率77~87%,RFV值135-240。WL656HQ在新疆阿拉尔地区引种具有一定高产优势。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the adaptability and production performance of High Fall Dormancy Alfalfa Variety WL656 HQ in Alar area, the agronomic traits, production performance, CP, ADF, NDF, Ash, ADL and IVDMD of the alfalfa variety were determined by plot experiment, and its nutritional quality was evaluated by RFV. The results showed that: WL656 HQ could be cut for 5 stubbles in Alar area, the time interval from the first flowering to the next first flowering was 28 to 30 days; the fresh grass yield in the second year reached149.64×103 kg/hm2, the yield in the fourth year decreased significantly, only 116.21×103 kg/hm2, with a yearon-year decrease of 22.3%; the hay yield in the second year reached 30.35 ×103 kg/hm2, the yield in the fourth year decreased significantly, only 25.38×103 kg/hm2, with a year-on-year decrease of 16.4%; the yield of the first crop was the highest in each year, accounting for 27.18%, and it was 23.01% in the fourth year.The plant height decreased with the increase of cutting times. Compared with the fourth year, the nutrient composition of WL656 HQ variety changed significantly in the second year. CP content was 17% to 19%, ADF content was 21% to 31%, NDF content was 27% to 44%, dry matter digestibility in vitro was 77% to 87%,and RFV value was 135 to 240. The introduction of WL656 HQ variety alfalfa in Alar area has certain advantages in high yield.
