犊牛腹泻主要由饲养、管理等非感染性因素和感染性病原共同作用导致,是犊牛繁育过程中造成经济损失最大的疾病。为促进基层兽医对犊牛腹泻的认识,规范化应对方案,本文综述了犊牛腹泻的致病原因、防治方案,并针对规模化牛场犊牛数量多、群体大、兽医工作量大的特点,在临床实践基础上建立了规模化牛场犊牛腹泻的程序化处理方案,该方案的实施可有效降低腹泻犊牛的死亡率并减轻兽医工作压力,可供牛场兽医参考。

Calf diarrhea is mainly caused by the combination of non-infectious factors such as feeding and management and infectious pathogens, which brings the most serious economic losses in calves breeding industry. Here, we summarized the causes, prevention and treatment of calf diarrhea to promote the understanding of calf diarrhea for clinical veterinarians, and standardize reasonable countermeasures as well.According to the features of large-scale cattle farm, including large population, large group and the heavy veterinary workload, a programmed processing method for the treatment of diarrhea in large-scale cattle farm was established based on clinical veterinary practice. The implementation of the processing could effectively reduce the mortality of diarrhea calves and reduced workload, which would be used as a reference for veterinarians in cattle farm.
