采用不同方法、不同激素用于新疆褐牛同期发情试验,通过效果比较,寻找适合放牧条件下新疆褐牛同期发情方案。360头健康的新疆褐牛分为3组,分别用CUE-MATE+PGF_2αk法、PGF_2α一次法、GnRH类似物+PGF_2α法进行同期发情处理,三种方法的同期发情率分别为72.5%、48.3%、71.7%,情期受胎率分别为66.7%、69.0%、70.9%。结果显示:CUE-MATE+PGF_2α法和GnRH类似物+PGF_2α法有较好的同期发情效果,但后者更经济。

The treatments of different hormone on oestrus synchronization of Xinjiang brown cattle were compared to select better methods in grazing.360 Xinjiang brown cattle were assigned to three groups.The cattle of group 1～3 were treated with CUE-MATE,PGF_2α and GnRH respectively.The rate estrus of the three methods were 72.5%、48.3%、71.7%,respectively.The conception rate to first insemination were 66.7%, 69.0%and 70.9%,respectively.The results showed that the methods of CUE-MATE+PGF_2α and GnRH+PGF_2α are better in oestrus synchronization of Xinjiang brown cattle,but the later method is more economical.
