【目的】利用沙棘制备适用于赛马的沙棘复合饲料。【方法】分析沙棘果渣、沙棘叶的营养成分,结合赛马营养需求,复配其它饲料,制备符合赛马营养需求的沙棘复合饲料。并对沙棘复合饲料的感官、质量及营养成分进行分析,最后进行了赛马驹的饲喂试验。【结果】经过复配,由沙棘果渣10%20%、沙棘叶10%15%、沙棘枝5%10%、番茄果渣10%30%、胡萝卜渣5%10%、谷草10%25%、豆粕10%20%、甜叶菊渣5%10%,地衣芽孢杆菌固体发酵制备的沙棘复合饲料色泽一致,质地均匀,有诱食气味,营养全面,能提高马驹的体重及体尺。【结论】赛马用沙棘复合饲料营养优于普通日粮,能提高赛马驹的体重及体尺,适合赛马的饲用。
Abstract:【Objective】To produce the seabuckthorncompound feed that suitable for racehorses. 【Method】The nutritional components of buckthorn and seabuckthron leaves were analyzed and used as the ingredient of compound feed. The quality of compound feed were then evaluated in the aspect of sensory indexes and nutrition. 【Result】The optimal components used for compound feed should be10% 20% seabuckthorn fruit marc,10% 15% seabuckthorn leaf,5% 10% seabuckthorn branches,10% 30% tomato pomace,5% 10%carrot pomace,10%25% aspartate,10%20% soybean meal,5% 10% stevia residue.More importantly,these mixed components were fermented by bacillus fermentation 10%(w/w) that makes the compound feed more lustrous, tasty and nutritional, thereby giving rise to increase thebody weight and body size of racehorses.【Conclusion】Compared to ordinary diet, the seabuckthorn compound feed can be more benefit for racehorses in terms of the promotion in body weight and size.
