我国引入澳洲白绵羊的研究进展

摘要:

澳洲白绵羊是澳大利亚优良绵羊品种之一,具有优良的肉用绵羊特点,2011年引进中国。澳洲白绵羊引入我国后,我国研究人员在引种适应性研究和本土驯化方面做了大量的研究,深度挖掘澳洲白绵羊生物学特性,同时在中国部分地区以澳洲白绵羊作为杂交父本改良本地肉羊品种。结果表明杂交后代在繁殖性能、生长性能、屠宰性能以及羊肉品质等方面表现出优势,杂交后代的产肉性能和肉品质得到了明显提高,杂交优势突出,澳洲白绵羊杂交利用在国内部分地区肉羊改良生产中发挥了一定的作用。本文以小尾寒羊和湖羊为例,阐述了我国部分地区引入澳洲白绵羊杂交改良的研究进展和应用效果,以期为澳洲白绵羊在中国的进一步发展和应用提供相关参考。

Abstract:

As one of the excellent sheep breeds in Australia,Australian White Sheep has excellent characteristics of meat sheep,and the breed was introduced into China in 2011. After the introduction into China,a lot of researches on introduction adaptation and local domestication were carried out by Chinese researchers to deeply explore the biological characteristics of Australian White Sheep. At the same time,Australian White Sheep was used as the hybrid male parent to improve local mutton sheep varieties. The results showed that hybrid offspring had advantages in performance of reproduction,growth,slaughtering and mutton quality. The meat production performance and meat quality of hybrid offspring had been significantly improved and the hybrid advantages were prominent. The crossbred utilization of Australian White Sheep played a certain role in the improvement of mutton sheep in some parts of China. In this paper,taking Smalltail Han Sheep and Hu Sheep as the example, the research progress and application effects of introducing the Australian White Sheep to achieve hybrid improvement in some regions of China were expounded, hoping to provide relevant reference for the further development and application prospects of Australian White Sheep in China.
