为了解多年生黑麦草草坪型品种凤凰和饲用型品种夜影萌发期的耐盐性,采用营养液水培育苗法,利用NaCl(氯化钠)模拟盐分胁迫,研究记录不同品种在盐胁迫下其发芽率、活力指数、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量等指标的变化。综合分析各指标得出随盐浓度的增加,发芽率和活力指数呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量和相对电导率呈升高趋势,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,且饲用型黑麦草的变化趋势小于草坪型黑麦草的变化趋势。结果表明:饲用型黑麦草品种夜影的耐盐性好于草坪型黑麦草品种凤凰。
Abstract:To understand the salt resistance between the lawn type and forage type of Lolium perenne L,during the germination,nutrient solution culture method was adopted. Using Na Cl(sodium chloride) to simulate salt stress,Record the change of the indicators of different types of germplasm resources under salt stress including the rate of germination, dynamic index, propylene dialdehyde content, relative conductivity,and soluble sugar content and soluble protein content. The results showed that with the increase of the salt concentration, the rate of germination and the vigor index were decreasing. The levels of propyl dialdehyde and relative conductivity are increasing, Solubility of soluble protein and soluble sugar was reduced in advance, And the trend of the change of the lawn type is smaller than forage type. The results showed that the forage type of night shadow salt resistance was better than the lawn type of phoenix.
