本文对萨福克羊×多浪羊(简称萨多)杂种公羔羊和萨福克羊×卡拉库尔羊(简称萨卡)杂种公羔羊在相同舍饲条件下,同月龄羔羊的生长发育,产肉性能,屠宰性能等方面进行研究分析。结果表明:杂交一代羔羊体格粗壮,非常活波可爱、肉用体型具有明显的父本肉用体型特征,胸深宽,肋骨较开张,背宽,后躯较丰满,体形较宽、较长,生长快、毛色混杂等特点。萨多F1 7月龄羔羊的胴体重为20.7 kg,屠宰率为43.8%;萨卡F1 7月龄羔羊的胴体重为18.33 kg,屠宰率为42.7%。萨多F1 7月龄羔羊的胴体重比萨卡F17月龄羔羊的胴体重高2.4 kg,为萨卡F1公羔羊的1.1倍,增加12.6%;屠宰率高1.1%,为萨卡F1公羔羊的1.02倍;净肉率高1.84%,为萨卡F1公羔羊的1.02倍,差异极显著(P<0.01)。

In this study,hybrid male lambs from Suffolk×Dolang and Suffolk× Karakul were maintained under same the stall fed condition,to estimate heterosis of lamb growth,in terms of feeding adaptation、growth and development、production of meat、slaughter performance.The results showed that:the hybrid lambs has the characteristics of physical stout,very activity,the meat performance in body shape is similar to paternal meat body feature,and wide chest depth,opened frame,across back,plump hindquarters,wider and longer body shape,fast growth and mixed hair color etc..Carcass weight and slaughter rate were 20.7 kg and 43.8%,for 7-month-old Suffolk×Dolang F1;carcass weight and slaughter rate were 18.33 kg and 42.7 kg,for 7-month-old Suffolk× Karakul F1;7-month-old Suffolk×Dolang F1 were 2.4 kg heavier in carcass weight,12.6% higher in slaughter rate,and 1.1% higher in slaughter weight than 7-month-old Suffolk× Karakul F1(P<0.01).
