不同刈割期与添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响

摘要:

为探讨刈割期与添加剂对全株玉米青贮料发酵品质和营养成分的影响,本试验分别对乳熟期(77.19%)和蜡熟期(58.89%)的青贮玉米设不添加,添加乳酸菌+葡萄糖、纤维酶荆和饲料益菌素(suk B)进行青贮。在贮藏后的第65 d开封,分析各处理青贮饲料的发酵品质和主要营养成分含量。结果表明:添加剂可以提高全株玉米青贮感官评分,进一步改善青贮品质。但蜡熟期全株玉米青贮粗灰分含量达6.37%,显著高于乳熟期原料青贮的粗灰分含量(P<0.05),因而,在不影响产量的情况下,全株玉米宜在乳熟期刈割制作青贮。

Abstract:

Two factors(moisture x additive) and eight levels design were used to investigate the effects of moisture and additives on the quality of whole-plant corn silage.Three additives were used in study,which were lactic acid bacteria + glucose,cellulose enzyme,and beneficial bacteria(suk B).The whole-plant corn containing 63.17%and 58.89%of moisture were supplemented with or without one of the three additives and were then ensiled in polythelene bags for 65 days,respectively.Each treatment repeated three times.The results showed that the additive can improve the whole plant corn silage sensory score,further improving the quality of silage.But the Ash content of doughstage whole-plant corn silage was 6.37%,significantly higher than the Ash content of milkstage whole-plant corn silage(P < 0.05).So when it is not effect on the yield per unit area,the suitable harvesting period was milk stage as silage maize.
