新疆阿克苏地区羊小反刍兽疫免疫效果检测与分析

摘要:

采用竞争ELISA方法对从养殖户、散养、交易市场以及屠宰场采集的1 125份羊只血清进行了小反刍兽疫抗体检测,结果显示,1 104份血清抗体合格,总合格率为90%,其中绵羊合格率为89.0%(768/863);山羊合格率为93.9%(246/262),免疫群体合格率均高于70%的标准,且临床上未出现疫苗排毒现象。

Abstract:

After vaccination, 1125 serum samples including 863 of sheep and 262 of goats from farms,markets and slaughterhouses were collected and detected by ELISA with anti-Peste des Petits Ruminants antibody. The results showed that totally 1104 samples were negative. The negative rate of sheep and goats were 89.0% and 93.9% illustrating that there was an average of 90% individuals vaccinated successfully,which was much higher than the required 70%.
