新疆驼乳粉中矿物元素含量测定

摘要:

为检测特色乳制品驼乳粉的矿物元素含量。按国标法对新疆乳企生产的3份驼乳粉中10种矿物元素含量进行测定。结果表明:驼乳粉平均含钙955.67 mg/100 g、磷749.33 mg/100 g,钙磷比1.28,钾、钠、镁的平均含量依次为923.67、340.33、63.03 mg/100 g;铁、锌、铜的平均含量为1.20、4.46、0.13 mg/100 g,受测定限影响,仅在1份样品中检出锰,硒的平均含量为17.33μg/100 g。结果说明:驼乳粉总矿物质和大部分矿物元素含量高于牛、马、驴乳粉,是补充矿物质、特别是补钙的最佳食品之一。

Abstract:

To detect the mineral element content of camel milk powder in specialty dairy products. Method:Determine the content of 10 mineral elements in 3 servings of camel milk powder produced in different regions of Xinjiang according to the national standard method.Camel milk powder contained an average of955.67 mg/100 g of calcium, 749.33 mg/100 g of phosphorus, and a ratio of calcium to phosphorus of 1.28.The average contents of potassium, sodium, and magnesium were 923.67, 340.33, 63.03 mg/100 g; the average of iron, zinc, and copper. The content was 1.20, 4.46, and 0.13 mg/100 g, affected by the limit of determination, manganese was detected in only one sample, and the average content of selenium was 17.33μg/100 g. Camel milk powder contains higher total minerals and most of the mineral elements than cow,horse and donkey milk powder. It is one of the best food supplements for minerals, especially calcium.
