【目的】为准确评价哈密市区/县兽医实验室检测能力,积极促进动物疫病预防控制机构提升检测能力水平和提高检测工作质量。【方法】2023年哈密市动物疫病预防控制中心结合区/县级兽医部门实际工作,组织开展了哈密市兽医实验室检测人员能力比对工作,完成禽流感H7亚型抗体血凝抑制试验、口蹄疫病毒A型抗体液相阻断ELISA检测试验、动物布鲁菌病抗体检测试验和非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测试验比对。【结果】3个区/县级兽疫实验室6名检测人员全员参加,区/县实验室检测结果平均正确率分别为97.91%、97.22%、100%。【结论】大部分区/县兽医实验室具备相应的检测能力,但在实验室建设、检测人员能力水平和信息管理系统的应用上存在一定差距。
Abstract:【Objective】In order to accurately evaluate the detection ability of veterinary system laboratories at district/county level in Hami, actively promote animal disease prevention and control institutions to enhance the detection ability and to improve the quality of work.【Methods】In 2023, comparison of detection ability of testing personnel in veterinary system laboratories were organized by Hami Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center based on the actual work of veterinary departments at district/county level. Comparison items consisting of HI test of avian influenza H7 subtype antibody,liquid phase blocking ELISA test of foot-and-mouth disease virus type A antibody, detection of animal brucellosis antibodies and African swine fever virus nucleic acids, were completed.【Results】All 6 inspectors from 3 district/county veterinary laboratories participated in the comparison, and the average accuracies of the test results in the district/county laboratories were 97.91%, 97.22% and 100%, respectively.【Conclusion】Most veterinary laboratories at district/county level had corresponding detection capabilities, but there were still some gaps in laboratory construction, personnel ability and in application of information management system.
