目的:探讨基层兽医检验室布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验正确率及影响因素。方法:新疆哈密市36个乡镇兽医检验室,共计44位检验人员参加布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验能力比对。每位检测人员分发比对样品10份,要求进行布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验操作,并且判断结果。统计比对结果的正确率,对平板反应温度、反应时间、移液操作和检验室光照等影响因素进行分析。结果:440份样品中有34份(7.73%)比对结果错误。对检验的影响因素依次为平板反应温度偏低(58.82%)、反应时间不足(20.59%)、移液操作不当(14.71%)、检验室光照不足(5.88%)。结论:平板反应温度、反应时间、移液操作、光照等因素直接影响到布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验正确率,应予以严格要求。
Abstract:[Objective] In order to investigate the accuracy and influencing factors of rose-bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT) for brucellosis in grassroots veterinary laboratories in Hami city. [Method] A total of44 inspectors from 36 township veterinary laboratories participated in the ability comparison of RBPT for brucellosis. Each inspector was required to carry out RBPT of 10 samples, and to judge the results. Then, the accuracy of the results was statistically analyzed, and the influencing factors such as plate reaction temperature, reaction time, pipetting operation and the laboratory illumination were analyzed. [Result]According to the detection results, 34 out of 440 samples(7.73%) were wrong. The factors influencing RBPT results were as follows: low plate reaction temperature(58.82%), insufficient reaction time(20.59%), improper operation of pipettor(14.71%), as well as insufficient illumination in the laboratory(5.88%). [Inclusion] The factors of plate reaction temperature, reaction time, pipetting operation as well as laboratory illumination could directly affect the accuracy of RBPT for brucellosis, which should be strictly required.
