近年来,布鲁氏杆菌病在新疆境内有传播扩散的迹象,从某些区域的相关县市监测结果来看,县市监测出来的阳性率有逐年上升的趋势;同时在从业人员中也发现有人感染了布鲁氏杆菌病,感染人数也有逐年增长的趋势;牛羊感染布鲁氏杆菌病的比例增长均较明显,但是羊的感染率明显上升,养羊业从业人员的感染率也逐年上升,布鲁氏杆菌病对畜牧业生产的经济损失影响和对行业内从业人员的健康威胁也已经显现;建议政府及相关部门明确政策措施引导、技术措施保障并重的防控思路,尽快组织实施对布鲁氏杆菌病的专项防控工作。

In recent years, some signs of spreading and diffusion of Brucellosis occurs in Xinjiang, Based on the monitoring results from some relevant regions, it is found that the positive rate is increasing year by year;meanwhile, some practitioners are also infected with Brucellosis, and the number is also increasing with years;the increase of infected cattle and sheep is more obviously. As the infection rate of sheep and practitioners from sheep husbandry is increasing with years,, the influence of Brucellosis on economy loss of livestock production and health threat to practitioners have emerged; it is suggested that government and relevant authorities shall make clear the ideas for prevention and control with a focus on guidance by policy and measurement and safeguard by technical measurements, and organize and implement special prevention and control of Brucellosis.
